This is a website that handles public complaints for Purwodadi Sub-district. On this website there is a landing page that introduces the identity of the Kalurahan. The complaint feature is based on two-way communication with the administrators of the village, the results of which are displayed transparently. If you object to telling your identity you can anonymously send it.
As the web developer for Website Pengaduan Masyarakat – Purwodadi, I was responsible for creating a public platform that facilitates transparent and accessible communication between citizens and local administrators. The website was designed to empower residents to voice complaints, suggestions, and feedback directly to the village office through an intuitive online interface.
My role focused on translating administrative needs into a practical and user-centered web solution. The system includes a complaint submission module with two-way communication, allowing citizens and officials to interact transparently throughout the resolution process. To respect privacy, users can also submit reports anonymously while still ensuring proper follow-up by administrators.
On the technical side, the website was developed using PHP with MySQL as its database and Tailwind CSS for responsive interface styling. The implementation emphasized clarity, accessibility, and reliability to accommodate a wide range of users and devices.
The project successfully introduced a digital medium for participatory governance at the village level, improving administrative responsiveness, accountability, and public trust.
